This rope fiber is mixed material. Pp and polyester as require proportion .the rope can be use longer time .higher strength than pp rope .
Pp mixed Polyester is one of the most popular ropes in the boating industry. It is very close to nylon in strength but stretches very little and therefore cannot absorb shock loads as well. It is equally resistant as nylon to moisture and chemicals, but is superior in resistance to abrasions and sunlight. Good for mooring, rigging and industrial plant use, it is used as fish net and bolt rope, rope sling and alongside towing hawser.
It’s superior to pure polyester or polypropylene only, lighter weight than polyester and stronger break strength than polypropylene, this rope is smooth,non-rotational and excellent coefficient of friction.
Mixed ropes are prefered by more end users,because PP mix Polyester can have a better strength weight ratio,strong but flexible.Polyester surface can be more anti aging,and olefin core can provide high strength,they can float on the water as well.
